Goldfarbene Veredelungen verst\u00e4rken diesen Effekt, weil sie Licht anders reflektieren als unbehandelter Edelstahl. Fettreste, Fingerabdr\u00fccke, Reinigungsmittelr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde oder feine Oxide k\u00f6nnen verhindern, dass sich eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Oberfl\u00e4che ausbildet. Besonders kritisch sind Kanten, Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte und schwer zug\u00e4ngliche Bereiche, in denen sich R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde l\u00e4nger halten. Wird nur optisch kontrolliert, bleiben solche Stellen oft unentdeckt. Wer diesen Zusammenhang ignoriert, sucht die Ursache sp\u00e4ter am falschen Ende der Prozesskette.<\/p>\n<h2>Die L\u00f6sung: definierte Prozesskette statt Einzelma\u00dfnahme<\/h2>\n<p>Wer <a href=\"https:\/\/schiffer-oberflaechen.de\/\">golisimo<\/a> f\u00fcr sichtbare Edelstahlbauteile einsetzt, sollte die Vorbehandlung als festen Teil der Prozesskette behandeln. Bew\u00e4hrt sind klar definierte Schritte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anlieferung und Identifikation der Charge dokumentieren, damit sp\u00e4tere Abweichungen nachvollziehbar bleiben.<\/li>\n<li>Reinigung und Entfettung auf den Werkstoff und die sp\u00e4tere Beanspruchung abstimmen.<\/li>\n<li>Kanten, Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte und \u00dcberg\u00e4nge visuell und, wo n\u00f6tig, messtechnisch pr\u00fcfen.<\/li>\n<li>Referenzmuster unter definierten Lichtbedingungen mit der laufenden Produktion vergleichen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Schritte kosten Zeit, verhindern aber Nacharbeit. Entscheidend ist, dass Reinigung, Pr\u00fcfung und Beschichtung nicht als getrennte Inseln betrachtet werden. Die Parameter m\u00fcssen aufeinander abgestimmt sein und dokumentiert werden. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch, Reinigungsmittel nicht spontan zu wechseln, wenn eine Charge optisch abweicht.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Pr\u00fcfung: Referenzmuster und genormte Lichtbedingungen<\/h2>\n<p>Eine visuelle Kontrolle reicht f\u00fcr goldfarbene Oberfl\u00e4chen selten aus. Sinnvoll ist ein Referenzmuster, das unter definierten Lichtbedingungen mit dem laufenden Bauteil verglichen wird. Tageslicht, Hallenbeleuchtung und Leuchtstoffr\u00f6hren ver\u00e4ndern den Farbeindruck stark. Wer nur unter einer Lichtquelle pr\u00fcft, riskiert, dass die Freigabe beim Kunden anders ausf\u00e4llt. F\u00fcr die Dokumentation sollten Charge, Reinigungsschritt und Pr\u00fcfzeitpunkt festgehalten werden.
